How can I order?
You can buy soap through this website. Products can be found here.

Your soaps say 'Preorder' or have an 'Available from' date, can't I have them now?
Cold Process soap takes 6 weeks to cure and be ready for use. You can preorder the soaps you want and as soon as they are ready they will be sent to you. Please note that orders containing preorders will not be sent until all preorders are ready to be sent - you can avoid this by placing separate orders.

Do I need to create an account to buy from your store?
No, you do not need to set up an account. But I strongly encourage you to register. It will mean easier checkouts in the future plus you'll be able to view your order history if you want to reorder that soap that you can't remember the name of.

How is my order shipped? 
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked. 

When will my order be shipped? 
Orders are shipped within 3 business days. Please note that orders containing preordered products will be shipped once all of that order's products are available. 

How is my order packaged? 
All of my packaging is home compostible - from the grease proof paper wrapping your soap to the padded envelope or box that your soaps are packaged in. My labels and care sheets are made from recycled kraft paper. Every care is taken to ensure your soaps arrive in perfect condition, please get in touch if they haven't.

My order was damaged in shipping. What should I do?

Can I collect if I am local?
Yes, if you are local to 3rd Space Gaming, Burnley you can choose to collect from there. Please note: this is only a collection point so you do need to place your order online first - you will receive an email notification when your order is ready to collect.
